These terms are an agreement between you and ALTERSIDE INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”) for the What2Cook app and this website.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using What2Cook you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time through our delete account page.
3. Using What2Cook
What2Cook suggests recipes and meal ideas for personal, non-commercial use. We may change, add or remove features and recipes at any time.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Do not attempt to hack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use another person’s account or send harmful or abusive content in feedback.
5. Recipes, food safety and health
Recipes and ideas are general information. They are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Check ingredients for allergies and dietary needs, cook food safely and ask a qualified professional about health conditions. You cook and eat at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
The app, website, name, logo, design, text and images belong to ALTERSIDE INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use What2Cook. Feedback you send may be used by us to improve the service without obligation to you.
7. Disclaimer
What2Cook is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that recipes will suit your needs or taste.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, arising from your use of What2Cook. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using What2Cook at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use What2Cook after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
